Lynn T. Palac, AssociateLynn T. Palac gained her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 1999, with a concentration in criminal litigation. She joined the Cook County State Attorney's Office after graduation and has litigated a wide range of criminal cases. Lynn has appeared in court daily for the past ten years, dealing with everything from traffic violations and DUI to drug and violent felony criminal cases. Her experience as a prosecutor has put her in the perfect position to evaluate charges and find how to best defend her clients against them. Lynn listens to her clients, providing them with firsthand knowledge of what will happen in court and how they should handle their legal matters. If needed, she is able to negotiate the best plea agreement possible and is a zealous advocate when litigating hearings or trials.
