Philip A. Prorok earned his Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2010, with a Certificate in Intellectual Property.

Having joined Waltz, Palmer & Dawson, LLC in 2010, Phil focuses his practice in corporate/business law, commercial litigation, and commercial real estate and leasing, representing developing businesses and business owners. A licensed patent attorney, he also counsels clients regarding protection of their business through trademarks, patents and other intellectual property, and offers insight into related aspects of their business. Phil provides his clients with superior service as he guides them through the important legal challenges that arise while operating their business.
