Civil Litigation

"Civil Litigation" is an extremely broad practice area made up of all types of cases that are not criminal. There are an innumerable amount of specialties and subsets within the general description "Civil Law". Civil Litigation may include contract disputes where one party has breached, or failed to honor, the contract. The contract may be written or oral and the remedies available to the non-breaching party vary considerably depending upon the type of contract and the contents of the contract. Civil Law may also include violations of the Real Estate Disclosure Act, other disputes involving residential property, or disputes involving other torts and general litigation.

Each case is driven by its particular facts and circumstances and each case is different. Because of these particularities, each client deserves and should expect to receive personal and straight- forward guidance from their attorney. It is this type of assistance I seek to provide my clients.
